Christie’s Restaurants was founded by 2 mates who enjoy dining out with their family and friends.

One has very simple tastes and prefers staple favourites and the other is more of a foodie.

So, they decided to open a restaurant that offers an experience of Scottish hospitality that anyone could enjoy.

The definition of HOSPITALITY is “the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers”.

The dictionary even goes as far as to explain that
“Scotland is renowned for its hospitality”
